Hadi Haidar was absolutely incredible as our Sales Consultant at Johnston Chrysler. I stopped by the dealership on a whim, just after closing one day, and even though he was on his way out he came back in to help me and listen to exactly what I was looking for. We were pretty specific about our needs, and he said he would keep an eye out for the right vehicle.

We went to see the vehicle at their sister dealership in Brantford, and we knew it was the one. Hadi handled all the negotiations professionally, got us to a price we were comfortable with, facilitated our trade-in, and made sure the van was ready for us without any stress.

I truly can’t speak highly enough of Hadi’s professionalism, dedication, and the way he treated us throughout the process. When it’s time for our next vehicle, we won’t hesitate to go through Hadi again (and skip the marathon of visiting 13 dealerships)!
